In order to make the after-sales service more reasonable and orderly,rules are made as follows:
I、 Within the maintenance period
1、 According to the company's quality standard , piston, valve, oil cylinder are provided after-sale services within one year or working hour amounts to 1400 hours (whichever comes earlier)The front and back brackets are provided after-sale service within 6 months ,while the other parts 3 months(incidental damages ,man-made errors and non-original parts are not included).The guaranteed maintenance period starts when the product is checked and accepted.
2、If serious quality problem occurs within the maintenance period,it is allowed to change a new one for free.For example,the quality problem within piston, valve, or oil cylinder which fail the operation of the hydraulic breaker.
3、If some mechanical parts such as installed pipeline accessory as well as axle or the bushing has quality problem within the maintenance period ,manufacturer provide free accessories , while dealer change them independently.
4、If serious quality problem occurs within the maintenance period, we promise: problems are to be handled within 24 hour within 500 kilometers while it is beyond 500 kilometers,treatment will be taken within 72 hours
5、 Clients can enjoy the production testing and maintaining by manufacturer periodically within the maintenance period
6、 Maintenance is not provided as follow conditions, even in the maintenance period.
Damages caused by accident , improper or careless use or natural disaster .
Damages caused by using non-original DBB or attaching other mechanical parts without written permissions by DBB.
We are not liable for technical errors or changes by non authorized agent ,which may affect stability or the performance of original equipment according to the DBB’s judgement .

II、 Beyond the maintenance period
1、 Manufacturer are under an obligation to help clients with their problems, even provide door-to-door service according to the actual matter.
2、The accessory needed must be ordered in advance , and the payment must be fullly transferred to our account . We will deliver goods in four working days after receiving the payment.,or you can contact our authorized agents for purchasing.
3、 If door-to-door service is required, charge is as follows : ￥50 Yuan per hour within 50 kilometers;beyond 50 kilometers, besides ￥50 Yuan per hour,the fee for traffic,meals and accommodation are required.
4、 The details of fault, adoption for mending ,and the list of accessory replaced must be filled out by maintenance technician seriously ,and clients should sign to confirm.
III、 Double Bull Co., Ltd reserves the right to explain all the items above

The fragile mechanical parts listed above vary differently from different operation method and working object. We indicate the extent of ullage to remind you of changing in time. Details are in the“Operating Manual”
When oil or nitrogen leaks, hermetic ring should be changed
For rod’s change :different operation methods have various effect ,so when there is dispute , refer to “ guaranteed quality standard for the rod of DBB
